Even in this digital age, most customers still prefer talking to companies over the phone. Despite the convenience of email, there’s just something more personal about talking to someone over the phone.

One potential barrier with your phone number is the cost to call - if the call costs are too high or your customers are unsure of the cost (especially when calling from a mobile), then this could put them off getting in touch with you.

Our new Click to Call service can help get rid of this barrier

By adding a form to your website, your customers can enter their contact number and request a call back. This allows you to speak to them over the phone, at no cost to them.

Adding the standard Click to Call form

When developing this service, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for everyone to set up. So there are only two lots of code you need to add to your website:

  • One bit to go in the head of your website;
  • And another bit to go on your page where you want the link to appear.

This will add our default Click to Call form (which you can see below).


You will of course need some degree of technical knowledge to set the service up, as you'll be adding code to your website. If you have someone who manages your website for you, they should easily be able to help you out.

Making the Click to Call form your own

Do you have a flair for coding? You'll want to check out our advanced code. This gives you complete control over the form, from changing the design to match your website, to capturing more information from your customers.


You can even change the functionality of the form. You could allow your customer to select whether they want to be called back by support or sales or even let them schedule the call for a later date. As they say, the only limit is your imagination (oh, and your technical knowledge).

Keeping track of your requests


Whenever someone requests a call back, we'll send you an email with the customer's details. We'll send you another email if you miss the request, so you can get back to the customer when you’re ready.

We also keep a record of all requests in your Click to Call logs. Much like the normal Call logs, you can view a detailed, itemised break down of all your calls. You can also listen to, and download, any calls in the last 31 days (if you’ve enabled Call recording of course) and if you've set up a bespoke form using our advanced code, we'll even display any custom data you capture.

How do I get Click to Call?

For each bespoke Click to Call form you want to add to your website, you'll need to set up a separate Click to Call profile.

If you're an existing customer, just log into your account in myTTNC. In the sidenav, you'll notice a new link to Click to Call. To start, you'll need to select how many profiles you want to buy and then proceed through the order. You're then ready to get set up.

If you don't currently have an account with us, you can order through the Click to Call information page on our website. The Click to Call service doesn't require one of our numbers to work - you can register your own number to display on the customer’s handset.
