Holiday Season

We are basking in the beautiful weather with soaring temperatures having vented our frustrations at being knocked out in the semis! Now we look forward to the upcoming school breaks and summer holidays. As such, I have taken the opportunity to highlight some services in the Did You Know section of the newsletter that can help your business cope with staff holidays, sporting absences or sunstroke.

New Head of Technical Support

Congratulations to Mike Holden for being appointed TTNC's Head of Technical Support. Mike joined TTNC 3 years ago as a Customer Sales Executive and, through hard work and an incredible willingness to learn, is now sharing that knowledge in leading and continually building a successful technical support team. I'm sure you've all spoken with Mike over the years and will join me in congratulating him.

Feedback

I'm so pleased that you took the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas with us last month. This feedback was mainly focused on the availability of a TTNC softphone and app. I want to reassure you it is on the product roadmap but we have now reassessed its priority. Each customer that responded to us in regards to this has also been contacted to discuss exactly what they want from the softphone in terms of functionality. It is your customer feedback that helps us improve services and develop features that will, in turn, benefit you as a business and help us all grow.

Call Recordings

Customers are now able to receive call recordings straight to their email by simply configuring the destination in their myTTNC platform

VoIP Hardware

Our VoIP Team has refreshed our available hardware by selecting and testing new high-quality VoIP Phones from four of the biggest brands; Yealink, SNOM, Cisco and Gigaset. These include IP desk phones and DECT solutions, both with associated headsets and telephone adaptors that suit every task or budget. View them on our website.

Joining them this August will be our curated selection of IP conference phones.

System Performance

In line with our core company values, we have focused on making enhancements to some of our backend systems. These have resulted in a marked improvement to the resilience of our telephony network and the performance of invoice and renewal management.

Improved Monitoring

To ensure we continue to deliver the best service possible we have enhanced the internal monitoring of our telephony network.
