PSD2 and SCA

We've been preparing for the implementation of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), which comes into effect on 14th September 2019. For those of you that take card payments, you will no doubt be aware of the upcoming changes.

There will be little to no impact on how we take payments, other than having to complete the 3D secure process when using a new card for the first time.

If you are spending more than £10 per month, we suggest using Direct Debit, which you can set up online in myTTNC.

For more information about Direct Debit, please see our Help Centre

New team member

We want to give a warm welcome to Megan Hall, who joins our Customer Services team. Megan will also be taking care of our social channels and assisting with marketing. We wish Megan all the best and look forward to working with her.

We've also published another blog post with more details about the changes, including information about what we are doing, and what you need to do if you're using 070 Numbers.
