Professional Voice Recording

We've just updated the content and design of our Professional Voice Recording page.

It's now easier to browse all the available voice artists and background music we supply. We've also updated the sample files to a more recent example of each voice artist.

CRM integration

The team has also been getting to grips with Zoho One - a cloud-based CRM. We're working on integrating it with our API, platform and Telephony services and will let everyone know once that's complete as it will be available to all Zoho CRM users.

New team member

We would like to introduce a new team member; David Cullen. David has joined our Customer Services team so I'm sure many of you will be dealing with David in the future. We'd like to wish him good luck and give him a warm welcome.

New Ofcom rules

On the 1st of October 2018, Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator, introduced new rules to prevent people from receiving unwanted calls. Read more

Ofcom is also changing how 070 numbers are going to be used by capping the costs to call them, which can be quite high. The price to call a 070 number must be the same as the cost to call a standard mobile number. Read more

If you are a customer using 070 numbers, we will be contacting you in the next few months to discuss your options.

New and enhanced features

Switch Upgrade

We're pleased to have completed the upgrade of our core Switches across all of our data centres. This update has given us better performance, extra security and paves the way for us to be able to offer new services.

Call Data & Call Reports

To increase the speed of loading and reporting times within myTTNC the call statistics shown are now limited to a year's worth of data.

This change will also ensure we remain compliant with all new GDPR regulations.

If you require data outside this range, drop us an email. The support team will be able to assist you with setting up a bespoke report.

Softphone Apps

We're now an ITSP Certified Partner for Bria, Acrobits and Zoiper! This means we'll appear on the configuration list when registering your VoIP User on their softphones.
