TTNC receives Trustpilots 5-Star rating
Following the changes on how Trustpilot rates businesses, we're really pleased to see that TTNC has been given a 5-Star rating - the highest possible rating a business can achieve. From 2nd September, Trustpilot will use half stars and a new Trustscore based on 5 points rather than 10 points. Well done to the entire team and thanks to those customers who have given us a review.

International Numbers expansion
We're delighted to say that we can now offer numbers from 76 countries, covering more than 3,500 different area codes. We still have some work to do to get the new numbers and regulatory information on our website, control panel and API, but if you want a number from a country that is not already listed on our International Numbers page, please contact us as we can probably get the number you want.
070 Number renewals and call charges introduced
The customer services and support team have been busy contacting customers with 070 numbers following the changes we announced earlier in the year. To re-cap the changes which will take place on the 1st of September 2019; A) 070 numbers will cost £10 per number per year. B) Call forwarding charges will be introduced and be the same rate as when forwarding a UK Local number. Please see our blog post for more information.

Softphone App Update
The feedback and response we've received about our Softphone App has been very positive. This month saw a few minor changes which are now live, including changes to username field on the login screen, which was causing some confusion.
Call Recording Toggle
For those of you using our call recording toggle function to pause and resume recording during a call, both parties will now hear the beep when call recording is paused and resumed. Not sure how the toggle works? Check our Call Recording help guide for more information.
We've updated and extended our GetNumbers API endpoint. You can now use exact matching when searching and finding numbers using our API. Please see our Developers help guide for more information.
