Company News
Welcome to our monthly round-up of company and industry news.
It has been a busy and productive month for the team with work on the control panel on-going as well as implementing ISO Standards and completing Award nomination submissions!
myTTNC update - Beta Testing
We are continuing to work on the new control panel, and we're into the internal testing phase and it's looking great! The next step will be to run a beta version of the control panel, if you're interested in getting involved with the testing please drop us an email to sales@ttnc.co.uk.
We know that a lot of you use our API to add and amend numbers, we would really like you to get involved in the beta testing too, if you use our API and are interested please email us at sales@ttnc.co.uk.
New Team Member
We would like to introduce a new team member; Paige Wilmott. Paige has joined our Support team, so I am sure many of you will be dealing with Paige in the future. We would like to wish her good luck and give her a warm welcome.
We are ISO 9001 Certified!
While it has been hard work, we're pleased to announce that we have been awarded the certification for ISO 9001. While this will not affect your TTNC experience, it shows that we have 'Quality Management Systems' in place looking at our facilities, staff training and our processes.
Now the focus shifts over to ISO 27001, the Information Security standard, which we hope to have some good news for you next month.
ITSPA Awards
We have submitted our nominations for this year's ITSPA Awards. After success in our previous two entries we are hoping to make it a hat-trick of victorious years on the 30th of April.
This year we have decided to enter three categories, including the "Best Small Office/Home Office ITSP" award we won in 2019. The shortlists for each award will be announced on Friday the 13th of March. Hopefully, it won't be unlucky for TTNC!
