Two-Time Award Winners!
TTNC was again triumphant in the ITSPA Awards, which this year, took place on the 1st of May. We entered the 'Best Small Office, Home Office (SOHO) Internet Telephony Service Provider' category as it recognised the VoIP Provider who combines value for money, features and great customer service for the small business owner. All things that we pride ourselves in providing.

Marcus Leaving
I'm sure that many of you have spoken to Marcus in our Customer Services team at some point. I'm sad to let you know that he's moved onto pastures new in his native Sweden. Everyone at TTNC wishes him good luck for the future. Sad times.
Industry and Regulation News
New Rules for Contracts and Best Deals
Ofcom announced that all telephone, broadband and pay-tv customers must be warned when their minimum contract period is ending and also to be shown the best deals available. These new rules will come into effect on 15th Feb 2020.

Retail Price Caps for Calls and SMS
New EU rules on retail price caps for intra-EU communications came into effect on the 15th May 2019. The price cap will apply to fixed numbers, mobile numbers and SMS.

Product and Service News
TTNC Softphone
We're nearing the launch of our VoIP Softphone app - with the application having been submitted to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for sign off. We hope to have good news soon.
New Control Panel
We're also in the midst of an overhaul of the myTTNC control panel. The change will make myTTNC much cleaner and easier to navigate and will speed up the configuration and set-up of your number. We're currently in the prototype phase and it's looking good!
