Deja Woooo! TTNC Win at the ITSPA Awards for the second year on the trot!

The 11th Annual ITSPA Awards ceremony took place in London on the 1st of May 2019. ITSPA, the Internet Telephony Service Providers Association, is the UK’s Trade Association for VoIP and next-generation communication service providers. These awards recognise the best businesses currently operating in the VoIP and Telecommunications Industry.

This year we decided that the 'Best Small Office, Home Office (SOHO) ITSP' category was the one to go for. This category recognises 'the company that has done the most to produce a well-rounded VoIP product for the small business customer'. We felt this category suited us as the winner will 'combine value for money and features, as well as good customer service and guidance for the user' - all things that we pride ourselves in providing.

The entry was submitted back in February, and after a nervous 5 weeks we were in a shortlist of five! Time to book our tickets to the big event in London!

Confidence was high in the TTNC office as we set off to the awards ceremony after being crowned the winner of the 'Best Vertical Solutions' in 2018 and being one of only eight companies worldwide holding the ITSPA Quality Mark.

The awards ceremony was held in the imposing Glaziers Hall, a chance to mix with old friends and to meet people from across the industry.

As the awards began, the tension within the team rose, finally the annoucement of the SOHO ITSP category came.

First up, the 'highly commended' award - Dial 9 takes the runners-up spot.

And then the big prize. Increased tension.....

"And the winner is....." In true 'X Factor' fashion the pause lasts for what feels like an hour.

"TTNC" The crowd goes wild! - ok, the multi-award winning TTNC crowd goes wild!

The award presentation passes in a flash but the pride will remain for a long time to come.
