Exploring Blockchain for telephone number management

Ofcom, the UK's Communications regulator, is exploring how blockchain technology could help manage UK telephone numbers. Between now and April 2020, TTNC and other communications providers will be invited to trial the porting and management of millions of telephone numbers using blockchain and ledger technology.

We welcome this news as ultimately it should improve customer experience when moving telephone numbers and also help combat nuisance calls and fraud. You can read more about the project in our recent blog post.

Post Pay and Contracts

If you have been a TTNC customer for more than 12 months, and we have a good trading relationship, we will give you an opportunity to save money and time by committing to a contract and paying us in arrears by direct debit.

A contract ensures expectations and costs are clear, you can post-pay rather than pre-pay, charges will be consolidated each month and you’ll spend less time managing your account and payments. Please get in touch with your account manager or our sales team to see if we can help you.
