TTNC shortlisted for two awards!
On Thursday, the Comms Council UK announced the finalists for their 2021 Awards. We're proud to let you know that we have been shortlisted for both categories we entered, the 'Best ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) - Small Enterprise' and the 'Best SOHO (Small Office, Home Office) ITSP'. We'll find out on the 30th of September if we're coming home with the trophies.
We've won awards at all three previous ceremonies we've entered, 2018's 'Best Vertical Solution', 'Best SOHO ITSP' in 2019 and 'Best ITSP - Small Enterprise' in 2020, so we're hoping to add to our collection!
The categories
Here is the Comms Council UK's description of the two categories we've entered.
Best ITSP - Small Enterprise
The company winning this category must provide the best all round business voice service of any ITSP with a turnover of up to £2 million. This company has to demonstrate impressive business performance, innovation and customer service as well as detailing an exemplary case study. This company has to provide a good selection of business features, such as multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers.
Best SOHO ITSP
This award recognises the company that has done the most to produce a well-rounded product for the small business customer. The winning entrant will combine value for money and features, as well as good customer service and guidance for the user.
Who are the Comms Council UK?
The Comms Council UK both represents and supports telecommunications companies that provide services to business and residential customers in the UK. They launched in 2004, as the Internet Telephony Service Providers Association (ITSPA), rebranded as Comms Council UK in the spring.
