Changes To Call Forwarding and Outbound VoIP Charges
We are reducing and simplifying our prices, as well as introducing new plans and services in the coming year.
We’re starting off by making changes to our call charges which will come into effect on the 1st April 2019.
The reason we’ve decided to look at call charges before anything else is because nearly every customer pays for call charges, therefore any changes we make will have a big, positive impact for our customers.
The other reason we wanted to look at call charges is that we have customers paying different rates for the same types of calls, depending on when they signed up, so this is a good opportunity to align our charges and put everyone on the same rate.
We’re also extending our Pay Monthly Tariffs to customers with VoIP Users and SIP Trunks, meaning better call rates and bigger savings when making outbound calls via our VoIP service.
What is changing?
Customers who signed up before 9th February 2015
These changes only apply to customers who signed up before 9th February 2015 and will align your charges with a customer who signed up after this date.
- UK Local 01 & 02 number forwarding to any International destination - 1p/min reduction
- UK Wide 03 number forwarding to any International destination – 1p/min reduction
- International Local number forwarding to any International destination – 1p/min reduction
- US Toll-Free number forwarding to any International destination – 1p/min reduction
- Canadian Toll-Free number forwarding to any International destination – 1p/min reduction
- Forwarding 0845 numbers will now be the same rate as forwarding 0844 numbers
- Mobile to Freephone surcharge increases from 2p/min to 2.5p/min
- Introducing minimum call charge of 1p per call
- A very slight increase (0.2p/min) for forwarding to International destinations when using our Monthly 45 or Monthly 60 Tariffs

Outbound VoIP Call charges
