Christmas Hours

The nights are really drawing in and we're getting closer to Christmas. While this year will be anything but normal, we will, as always, offer you our usual great customer service and support during December.

Our customer services will be closed on Christmas Day, New Year's Day and the Boxing Day Bank Holiday, on Monday the 28th. In addition we will be operating shorter days on Christmas Eve as well as on the 29th, 30th and 31st.

Our 24/7 Emergency Support Line will be operating as usual over the festive period. If Santa has an issue with his sleigh phone, we'll be here to help!

Our opening times over Christmas and New Year will be:

Up to Wed 23rd Dec: 9am-5pm
Thur 24th: 9am-1pm
Fri 25th - Mon 28th: Closed
Tues 29th - Thur 31st: 9am-1pm
Fri 1st Jan - Sun 3rd: Closed
From Mon 4th: 9am-5pm
