Ofcom Update: Ofcom Consultation: internal processes
Ofcom has today published four consultations about the way it conducts its internal processes.
The consultations are below:
- Dispute Resolution Guidelines for the handling of regulatory disputes http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/consultations/dispute-resolution-guidelines/
- Review of procedures for handling broadcasting complaints, investigations and sanctions http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/consultations/broadcast-complaints-review/
- Procedures for handling appeals on scope, and for imposing sanctions in relation to On-Demand Programme Services http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/consultations/on-demand-programme-services/
- Penalty guidelines http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/consultations/penalty-guidelines/
The closing date for responses is 11 February 2011.
