These are unprecedented times for our country, and keeping communications going across the UK has never been more important.

This month, rather than sending out our regular newsletter, we wanted to provide you with some reassurance and information about our operations and services, and to let you know how we can help during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Protecting essential services and key workers

TTNC provides essential services, and we understand that the reliability of our platform and services are critical. We have stringent processes in place to protect our customers and our people, and to manage threats and reduce risks.

Most of the people in our team are key workers, so on the 17th March, in anticipation of a country-wide lockdown, we rolled out special measures to ensure our team’s health and safety by closing down the offices and asking everyone to work from home.

Day to day operations

Our day to day operations have barely been affected. As you would expect from a tech company, we are already heavily invested in using cloud-based tools, so we haven't needed to make any operational changes to the way we manage projects, tasks, support tickets or customer communications.

We have full access and visibility of all parts of our system, and we continue to closely monitor all critical components in real-time, as well as reviewing KPIs and other business performance metrics on a daily basis.

Business as usual

We are prepared and expecting to continue working remotely for some weeks ahead. We feel ready, well-equipped and well-placed to do so - without any disruption or degradation to our core operations or services.

For us, it is business as usual, and we aim to carry on providing the high-quality service that you are used to.


How we can help

Over the next few months, TTNC and other telecom companies will play a vital role in supporting organisations, businesses, families and individuals as we all adapt the way we live, work and communicate in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic.

For those people and organisations who are providing essential or critical services as part of the COVID-19 response, we want to help.

If you are an outreach project, a community support group, a charity or part of our amazing NHS, we will provide you with any of our communication services, free of charge, for as long as they are needed.

Whether you need a solution for home workers, a helpline for your local area's vulnerable people or an automated SMS messaging system, we will give you everything you need to make a difference.

We think that it's only fair we provide your telecoms solution for free. You are going the extra mile to help others in need, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
