TTNC make it three in a row!

Thursday afternoon saw the 2020 ITSPA Awards ceremony take place.

The Internet Telephony Services Providers' Association (ITSPA), the British body representing providers of VoIP services, presented their 12th annual awards, an event attended by the biggest names in the industry.

This year's ceremony, delayed from April, was an online affair with all of the usual glitz and glamour, but sadly none of the nibbles and networking.

As we had been successful on both our previous attempts, winning the Best VoIP Vertical Solution in 2018 and the Best SOHO ITSP in 2019, we were hopeful of maintaining our 100% record.

With the whole team watching the stream from their home offices, the ceremony begun with the award we were shortlisted for, the Best Internet Telephony Service Provider - Small Enterprise. This category awards the best all-round business voice service of any ITSP with a turnover of up to £2 million. This winner has to demonstrate impressive business performance, innovation and customer service as well as detailing an exemplary case study. The winner has to provide a good selection of business features, such as multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers.

The shortlist was read out, then came the envelope reveal.

"The winner is... TTNC"

The virtual crowd went wild (probably) and a pre-recorded acceptance speech, that all on the shortlists had to record, was played. Watching ourselves thanking everyone for the award was a little odd, but we were happy to see it!

We had done it. 3 in a row!

We now have to wait for the postal service to hand over our award, so we can display it in our office, which very few of us can remember!
