TTNC Wins Directory Service (DQ) Contract with the 118 Group

The Multi-Million pound 118 Group has chosen TTNC Limited as their chosen supplier of Directory Enquiry Service.

TTNC Limited will apply for an allocation of 118 DQ Codes from OFCOM immediately and set up the tariffs and BT Data Build of the new DQ Number in February, 2006, the Service is due to be launched later in the year.

Dan Corby, Managing Director of the 118 Group said "We chose TTNC because of their excellent customer service and the fact that they could supply us with everything we needed; the actual 118 Number, the DQ Software and Licenses used by our Operators and handling of the Inbound Call Traffic and its Termination."
