We're still here, at home, ready to help.

TTNC /

We hope you're all staying safe and remaining at home. We know it's difficult staying in and attempting to maintain normality. With the government extending the lockdown for three more weeks (and the likelihood of it being extended further), it's a stressful time for all businesses.

We're still working as hard as ever, making sure that our network is operational and that our customers are still getting the best possible customer service, even though you might catch us in our pyjamas every now and then.

Following our last post, it's been great seeing the whole country coming together to praise the wonderful work that NHS staff and care workers are doing under exceptionally difficult circumstances. Not forgetting the amazing Captain Tom Moore, who set out to raise £1,000 for the NHS, currently, the total sits at £27.5 million, more than 5500% of his target! He has shown us all that we can make a difference, regardless of your age.

How we've helped

Over the last few weeks, we have created support lines for GP surgeries and hospital departments, local community helplines offering food deliveries for those in need as well as chat lines to help with the loneliness of self-isolation.

It's fantastic to see so many groups coming together to help each other and to support their local communities. We're overwhelmed by their selfless focus that we have seen first hand over the last month; from new ideas from individuals wanting to help their local community, to the hard work of existing organisations who have repurposed their existing phone numbers to provide emergency support.

As we are starting our sixth week of working from home, we want to reiterate our pledge to help those groups, charities and health care workers who are giving their all to their local community.

What we still want to do

For those people and organisations who are providing essential or critical services as part of the COVID-19 response, we want to help.

If you are an outreach project, a community support group, a charity or part of our amazing NHS, we will provide you with any of our communication services, free of charge, for as long as they are needed.

Whether you need a solution for home workers, a helpline for your local area's vulnerable people or an automated SMS messaging system, we will give you everything you need to make a difference.

We think that it's only fair we provide your telecoms solution for free. You are going the extra mile to help others in need, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
