While a single number might be all you need at the moment, myTTNC gives all users, regardless of the amount of numbers in their account, a user-friendly solution to purchase, manage and report on their numbers, all within one account.
You may wish to pick another number up for your new branch; a marketing campaign, making sure you're getting value for money by using Call Tracking; or to test the water in another area.
Having multiple numbers in your account doesn't mean you lose control over your numbers; you can give each number a nickname and assign tags to it. These will allow you to filter your numbers so you can display exactly what you want to see.
You can filter on these tags and nicknames in the Number Edit screen and Call Statistics. For example, if you have a few numbers used for advertising, associating each with a tag of "advert" means you can see all of these numbers together with a simple filter. If you have numbers in different dialling codes, you can give each a nickname of the area or the branch name and filter to view only the branch you're interested in.
You can create Address Book entries and Ring Groups for your forwarding destinations; this means that if you need to change where multiple numbers are forwarding, you only need to make a single update.
You can add extra features to your numbers with a Call Management Package. Our Packages are account-wide, which means the functionality of your chosen package can enhance all the numbers in your account. Individually purchased Bolt Ons are number-specific.
Regardless of the amount of numbers in your account, they all make use of a single pot of Call Credit. This can be used as payment for inbound call forwarding, outbound calling, as well as SMS and Fax services.
