myTTNC - it's arrived
After 6 long years, the Novero Platform has been put to rest. Despite serving us well all this time, it is showing it's age and has finally been put out of it's misery. But there's no time to mourn. Rising like a phoenix from the ashes comes our spiffing new control panel - myTTNC.
It's been a long time coming, but we are proud to announce that myTTNC, the control panel designed with you in mind, is now live. We've been tirelessly working for months making sure that what we were building was not only going to bring increased reliability, advanced options and ease of use for our customers, but also to make it easy for us to grow and upgrade. That's right, we're only just getting started!
Nearly 2 years in the making
You may remember my first blog post detailing some of the design decisions made to create a control panel to suit you. My first design was almost two years ago and we've come a really long way since then. Most sections, such as numbers and account, have been completely overhauled from the Novero Platform. We've even created a couple of new sections such as Call Statistics and myTTNC Store, as well as a dedicated Support Centre.
Every effort has been put into making a control panel that not only looks great, but is also a lot easier to use. Customer experience has been the number one priority when designing myTTNC. Gone is all the hunting around for links as well as the techie way of working and in comes a control panel that will be infinitely easier to understand.

But as well as all the lovely visual changes we've made, there's also been massive improvements made in the background. myTTNC has been built from the ground up using some of the latest web technologies, to make things work just that little bit better. Things will work quicker and better to give you the best experience.
If you're still using Internet Explorer 6 or 7, now would be a great time to upgrade your web browser. Not only will it allow you to use myTTNC, but also help you get the best experience on the web in general.
